Tournament Allowance - Travel

2012 Summer Travel Tournament Allowance
- U8 - U10 - $200
- U11 - U14 - $400 
- U15 - U17 - $500
*State tounrnament team fee ($300 for 2012)
 
2012 Fall Travel Tournament Allowance
-      All Ages – tournaments are at the discretion of each team and each team, and its members, are responsible for all fall tournament fees.
 

Reimbursement Requests:
- Assign one person per team to handle communications with Club Treasurer. All communication should go through that person.
- Include the following:
  * Receipt
  * Head coach name
  * Team identifier (i.e.: U13GC3)
  * Name of person to be paid
  * Mailing address to send check

GAME RESCHEDULE PROCEDURES - TRAVEL

MYSA Rules

Read what MYSA has to say about reschedules in section 4.1.6.1. of their rules. Also note 4.1.5.1. as it relates to forefeits.

Game Reschedule Policy
Games may be rescheduled due to weather, field conflicts or other forces beyond team control.  Play-ups should be pursued before game re-schedules due to absent players.  When conficts are known prior to the season, reschedules should be completed prior to the season.
Procedure for HOME GAMES ONLY:

1. Negotiate 2-3 dates with the other team that works for both teams

2. Once the Coaches have agreed on a few Dates/Times;

3. Visit our website for reschedules ( www.refassignors.com )

4. Click Reschedule Request link on left side of the page.

5. Complete online form, and submit the form (you will get a confirmation email for submitting the form)

6. Within 48 hours we will respond with a confirmation of the change (please wait to hear from us before continuing on)

7. Continue to submit the game change on the MYSA website using the information from the confirmation message from us.

8. Ensure both teams accept the change on MYSA Website

9. Change Complete (Both Coaches, Field Director, and Referee Assignors all confirmed)

The Club would like feedback on coaches.  Please feel free to provide an evaluation of your current/most recent seasons coach and share it with the board.  All information will remain confidential.

Do not start the game without an official referee. If you do, the other team can call it in as a forfeit and a fine will be incurred by your team.
