Orono fields are open for our use by Orono Thunder Soccer Teams. 

Your coaches and managers will begin scheduling outdoor times.  Please note fields we are allowed to use for soccer activities (left tab - field maps).

Soccer Saturday

Kicker fun at the dome!

The recreational program's Mini Kickers (preK/K) and Junior Kickers (1st/2nd grade) kicked off the season in the 10dome.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone next Saturday, May 5th. Individual teams will meet, then everyone will move on to fun skills and games with Fergie and his trainers.

Grass Fields Open 4/9/12

Teams may begin using grass fields on 4/9/12.  Please remember to tread lightly in high wear areas.  Lines will not be painted until the week of 4/23 in advance fo the season opener on 4/30.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP OUR FIELDS IN GOOD SHAPE.  PICK UP AFTER EACH MEETING.

MYSA/Club Concussion Policy

All Orono Coaches and Managers are required to complete on-line training for concussions provided by the US CDC.  Parents are encouraged to learn more on concussions and to take the on-line training to help identify and treat concussions.

Orono Soccer Program Options

Spring/Summer 2012 Season Options

Travel - Ages U9 through U14.  Winter training runs from Nov 1 - early April.  League games begin late April and finish early July. More information can be found here: www.oronothunder.org/page/show/341378-travel
